Fun Times At Home - Vibes For Your Home Quarantine


1:38 PM As soon as I realized that we have to spend more time at home now, I sat down and made a list of things I could do in the next days. One important thing was a movie list and a playlist with some songs which make me forget about anything.

I'm anxious. I try to take every day step by step, because I never really know what is going to happen. But I know that my mental health matters the most and I am very sensitive for anything that disturbs my vibe and energy. 

Music is the best medicine for this. (At first...).
I wake up each day and the first thing I do is turning up my Sonos and listening to my "Fun Times At Home" playlist. I shake my stress and anxiety off and let my body breathe for a second.
With the sunshine outside joining me, I feel like this is a good routine that makes me escape for a little bit!
