7:09 PM Let me tell you something.
This is actually no secret.

I want to express how much I love coffee. I am addicted. I have always been kind of. Coffee always makes me happy and I enjoy all kinds of lattes which make my days a bit brighter.

There was a time, where I stopped consuming it so much, but to be honest, my addiction came back when I experienced a lot of food parties that featured a coffee speciality.

I think it started with Two Hands in NYC. Eating espresso mascarpone for the first time! This was followed up by the sexiest cream cheese I ever had at Tompkins Square Bagels. As soon as I got home, I tried to recreate this. I can't tell you what it is, but this made me fall in love with coffee so much more! I even started adding coffee into my yogurt bowls. SEXINESS.

I am so excited about this that I do a fresh batch of cream cheese every week. I eat it on my bread with some seeds and shredded coconut, I eat it on bagels (warm the bagel up so it melts....), and I also eat it just like that whenever a sweet craving hits me.
This is life.

Thank you NYC for teaching me this.

ESPRESSO CREAM CHEESE

YOU NEED  8oz cream cheese + 1 Cup powdered sugar + 2 teaspoons espresso + optional some vanilla

1. Take out a bowl and get ready for a messy mixing.
2. Add the cream cheese (I used dairy free one and it was perfect!) and the powdered sugar and stir for your life.
3. Once everything is blended well, add the espresso and give it a taste test.
4. You can surely add a bit more espresso, but don't add too much since it can change the consistency. For extra sexiness (sorry for using this word here too often) I added a little coffee powder which gives an extra crunch and more coffee vibes.
5. Put the cream cheese in the fridge and let it rest overnight!

Happy espresso cream cheese vibes to you!
I hope you enjoy this recipe!
I guess this is the perfect recipe idea for your back to school week! We all need extra coffee and a little pleasure - this is just perfect for you!
