11:38 AM Winter is coming, one can already feel the mornings getting super cold, and the days are going by way too fast. Our dear sun is hiding a little bit right now, but no worries...
Meanwhile, I will push my immune system and figure smart ways out to conquer this cold season.
Yes, there's a lot we can do to stay fit and healthy, even if we hike for hours through snowstorms. How to get started? Know-how. Know which things benefit your body and figure out which things take care of inflammation, a sore throat, and cold headaches. Yes, this season can be ugly for some of us. But let's take this as a challenge and help our bodies to be the best version it can be.

Here are 3 recipes which doesn't sound like medicine - but they are magical.
Prevent sickness, or take this as your get-well remedy!

Medicine has never been so delicious!

Get well soon, lovebirds! ~

YOU NEED 1 knob ginger + 1 Cup pineapple + 2 Cups spinach + 1/2 Cup almond milk + 1 banana + a pinch of turmeric + 1 tablespoon honey

1. Take the ginger, wash it, peel it, and cut it into tiny chunks.
2. Do the same with the spinach, pineapple, and banana.
2. Prepare all the ingredients and put them in the blender with almond milk or your favorite milk of choice.
3. Mix it once. Add the turmeric and the honey, and mix it one more time.
4. You're done.

YOU NEED 1 knob ginger + 1 Cup pineapple + 1/4 Cup lemon juice + 1 tablespoon honey + a pinch of cayenne pepper

1. Take the ginger, wash it, peel it, and cut it into tiny chunks.
2. Do the same with the pineapple and squeeze one lemon to get fresh lemon juice.
3. Now put your ginger, the pineapple, and the lemon juice into a blender and blend until everything is smooth.
4. Add the cayenne pepper (take care!) and the honey and mix it one more time!

YOU NEED 2 Cups pomegranate juice + 2 Cups spinach or kale + 2 Cups mixed berries or the berries of your choice + 2 tablespoons flaxseeds

1. Prepare fresh pomegranate juice by blending pomegranate seeds, or get prepared pomegranate juice. It's up to you.
2. Wash the spinach or kale and cut it into tiny pieces.
3. Fill the pomegranate juice in your blender and add the spinach/kale, your berries, and the flaxseeds.
4. Blend it for a minute so that every flaxseed is blended well and the berries are as smooth as they can be.

What I love the most about the recipes above is the fact that everyone has those ingredients at home and it's not expensive to buy those at the supermarket! Yes, yes, yes ~

Budget slurping during the cold season has never been so easy ~

I hope you enjoy those as much as I do!
I am curious to hear which one's your favorite!

Once again: get well soon, lovebirds!

*Boys and girls, write down the new vocabulary you have learned today: Spinat — spinach.
