7:51 PM Oh Christmas, you always treat me too well! After three days of hardcore feasting, I feel so ready for a detox or at least a lighter week of meals. More greens, salads, maybe some smoothies?Ohhh, I definitely want to enjoy a rich broth with all the leftovers in my fridge...

I tried to make sure to keep myself moving during the last days, because eating THAT much without any movement is just fatal! Believe me, I stayed in my pj A LOT, but I was happy to be on a 2h bike ride yesterday, just to be outside, breathe, and make room for more food ~

December was a bit stressful and I didn't have that much time to enjoy my favorite occupation outside: running!
Also I noticed that my last challenge is waaaay back - man, I just couldn't find the time to sit down and create the best challenge. I can always find myself active somehow - I also love to try new things, but here on the world wide web, I want to be there for you!

I want to empower you to become the best version of yourself. If this means, I have to create cool or funny challenges for you, then I will sit down and be creative for you.

I know it's also the time of the year again...after Christmas everyone ate too much and the new year is approaching soon - new year, new beginning. That's why this is the perfect timing to start a new challenge - starting something which benefits yourself, your body.

One thing's for sure: I am not here to force you to be more active next year - this is totally up to.

I just want to share my love for running with you! I want to show you something I enjoy so much, maybe you will love this as much as I do.

Have you ever wondered how it's like to go running? I mean for pleasure...
Did you ask yourself how you can run more than 1k without being out of breath?
Do you want to try something new and you don't know what kind of sport fits best to you?

Why don't you start this challenge with me?
Start 2018 with an exciting challenge to get a little more fit and get to know a sport which connects you with nature and yourself.

It's for free, it might be challenging for you, but running brings so many benefits!

Don't freak out, I know some of you might think that I chose the worst month of the year to do this challenge, but at the end of the month, when the challenge is over and you find yourself in the coldest winter, you will be so happy to have done this 4 weeks of running.

If you can master a run during winter, when it snows and it's freezing, you can master anything.

The rest is peanuts.
You can do it.

I believe in you.
Remember, we are in this together.
Start slow.
Don't force yourself too much....just go with the flow.

This challenge is for all the running beginners. Are you scared? You are right here. Do you always stop running after 5 minutes? You are right here.
I say it again. We start from 0 and we will all win ~

Here's your plan to kick ass and get to know a new side of yourself.
You might think this looks boring or you won't even go beyond your limits...just wait.
Print out this plan and do the fulfilling checks after each day you beat your inner anti-workout monster. By the way, Fridays are rest days - yey!
