6:54 AM An early morning for me...but I can't sleep anymore! I am beyond excited!!! Christmas is finally here!! I already prepared my cup of tea and a cinnamon star is waiting for me after the very last yoga pose for this month! Oh boy, HOW DO YOU FEEL? I can't believe the last day is here...(duh, 24 days isn't a lot, silly head - I KNOW!) but still. I'm honest when I say that those days are intense. Intense when you are new to this, but you will also have a lot of fun! 
I chose cool poses, relaxing things, but also challenges which will kick your butt! After trying the head stand twice, I can still say that I hate it. My feelings didn't change, although I wanted to be open and all positive! Tell me about your favorite! Was there a day where you said that this might be something for you? Please share! 
Now that yoga won't be my daily #1 anymore, I am so excited to go hard core running again...I couldn't go the last two weeks and it feels like forever....#runnerproblems 

Let's get busy!! One more time, lovebirds!

Today we get to know the EXTENDED HAND TO TOE

It is also called Utthita Hasta Padangustasana and it's good for improving sense of balance. 

1. Stand tall. Bring your left knee toward your belly.
2. Reach your left arm inside the thigh, cross it over the front ankle, and hold the outside of your left foot. If your hamstrings are tight, hold a strap looped around the left sole.
3. Firm the front thigh muscles of the standing leg, and press the outer thigh inward.
4. Inhale and extend the left leg forward. Straighten the knee as much as possible. If you’re steady, swing the leg out to the side. Breathe steadily; breathing takes concentration, but it helps you balance.
5. Hold for 30 seconds, then swing the leg back to center with an inhale, and lower the foot to the floor with an exhale. Repeat on the other side for the same length of time.
