5:16 AM Today I invite you to dream a bit of Hawaii. These pineapple chips are super delicious and of course healthy - the best snack whenever you feel like you need something sweet! This could be the perfect snack for the warmer days! What I love about this recipe: it's too easy and you won't mess it up! Let's snack! 


1 pineapple + vanilla flakes + a few teaspoons brown sugar

1. Take your pineapple and remove all the parts you cannot eat.
2. Decide if you want little chunks or pineapple slices. Now cut your pineapple.
3. Pull out a baking sheet and line up your slices or chunks. Cover them with vanilla flakes and some brown sugar (in case your pineapple isn't sweet enough yet).
