8:34 AM The sun is shining and you want to spend every minute outside (I feel you!). Now that the sun is out, there are no more excuses to not run or work out outside, right? I remember when I started running, I always had to be in the mood to run, so one day I decided to create a little workout playlist which gives me energy and good vibes. I try to motivate you to be a little bit more active and today I realized that I never shared one of the biggest motivations - music.
